Soho Grand Hotel

Soho Grand Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"Wonderful long weekend in the city with my daughter. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable with a great view. Excellent location for shopping and dining, amd very walkable - we walked to a show in the theater district with stops for shopping and dinner - a perfect summer evening! Staff was helpful and friendly. Jonathan took great care to hold our bags upon arrival and departure, and got us settled into our room. Would stay again!"

"The Dominick is great & one of our favorite places to stay in the city. The elevators on the other hand are a nightmare. Friday night the line was wrapped from the elevators to around the corner to the middle of the lobby. You spend all your time waiting on one to arrive & specific ones go to specific floors. The service elevators were out also so that added to the problem. Everyone including staff complained about them."
